Mori Ougai

Mori Ougai is a character who's easily misinterpreted because of his ability and how he treats the manifestation. From what I've seen and read, I don't see him as a pedophile but he has infllicted a fair amount of trauma on younger members of the cast. In my interpretation, I see his treatment of Elise as both a trauma response and allowing him an outlet of a child that won't be in danger given his position in canon. I do not see their relationship as sexual in any means and I fully intend to hold him tot that. 

Also the panels where he's self identified are either him taking the piss out of someone or deflecting a conversation he seems uncomfortable with. Each one has specific context clues that more or less indicate he's not being serious.
